Through close collaboration between our kitchen and local farmers, we have developed a network for locally sourced ingredients. Continuous dialogue creates trust between producer and consumer, ensuring that products maintain high quality and transparency about how they are grown and fed.

Eco-Lighthouse is Norway’s most widely used environmental management system. The Eco-Lighthouse certification is a recognized national environmental certification scheme on par with international environmental certification schemes (ISO 14001 and EMAS). Businesses and organizations that want to become an Eco-Lighthouse must fulfill and document certain requirements that are reported further.
