Food waste in Norway shall be halved by 2030.
Fredriksten Hotel is participating through NHO in raising awareness about reducing food waste in Norway. Food waste in Norway shall be halved by 2030, in line with the UN’s sustainability goals and the objective in the “Industry Agreement on Reduction of Food Waste”. Matvett leads the industry collaboration KuttMatsvinn2030 in the food service industry, with the goal of reducing food waste by 50 percent by the end of 2030 among participating companies. NHO Hospitality Purchasing Chain and other key players have joined forces with Matvett to lead the continued work with “KuttMatsvinn Servering”
