– with a tasteful meal and festive atmosphere Fridays and Saturdays in November and December we serve a bountiful Christmas buffet with all the
familiar dishes that belong on a Christmas buffet.
The food is homemade with a focus on locally sourced, regional and organic ingredients.
Cold Dishes
- Homemade potato salad, waldorf salad, beetroot salad, organic scrambled eggs, home-pickled red cabbage
- Homemade mustard dressing and remoulade, Røros sour cream, fresh salad, crispy onions, flatbread
- Home-cured salmon and cod, home hot-smoked salmon, whole poached salmon
- Seafood platter with: crab claws, shrimp and crayfish
- Herring platter with 3 types of homemade herring, homemade peppered mackerel
- Homemade classic cabaré, fermented fish (rakfisk) with accompaniments
- Homemade roast beef and orange-marinated turkey fillet, cured ham,
fenalår (cured leg of lamb) and reindeer sausage, homemade Christmas head cheese and rolled lamb.
