The Game Evening starts with bubbles,
before the kitchen serves a 5-course menu inspired by
the forest, the mountains, and seasonal ingredients.
On the menu, you will find goose from Taraldrud Gård,
forest mushrooms, mountain trout from Sirdal
and venison from Steenås
– all put together for a full evening
where the flavors of autumn take center stage.
After dinner, you don’t have to worry about the journey home.
Retreat to the hotel, enjoy the rest of the evening
and wake up the next morning to a delicious breakfast,
and the view from Fredriksten Fortress.
